Charles Best is the Best!

March 27, 2013 – Students were treated to a special guest yesterday.  Charles Best, founder and CEO of, was in town for a speech, and decided to come visit our school and see the wonderful materials teachers have gotten for their classrooms through  Laptops, tablets, industrial-strength pencil sharpeners, andbooks are among the items the students use on a regular basis that were purchased with donations from

Thank You Donors Choose!

Can you tell by the smiling faces that our new nonfiction books arrived today?  Thanks to Donors Choose, our school has added multiple copies of five different nonfiction books written at 3rd-4th grade levels.  Titles include Cats, Medieval Feast, Pirates, Sea Monsters, and Flying Ace.   Thank you for your generosity!
